नियम आणि अटी (Terms & Conditions) Terms & Conditions
सर्व विद्यार्थ्यांच्या एकाग्र आणि शांत अभ्यासासाठी हे नियम पाळणे बंधनकारक आहे. Strict adherence to these rules ensures an optimal study ambiance for every aspirant.
१. प्रवेश व फी नियम (No Deposit Policy) 1. Admission & Fee Policy
- कोणतीही डिपॉझिट फी नाही: महारुद्र अभ्यासिकेत कोणत्याही प्रकारची डिपॉझिट किंवा सिक्युरिटी रक्कम आकारली जात नाही. Zero Deposit: No security deposit or caution money is charged from any student.
- मासिक फी भरणा: निवडलेल्या सत्राची (Shift) मासिक फी महिन्याच्या सुरुवातीला देय असते. Monthly Shift Fee: Monthly fees for your designated shift are payable at the start of each billing cycle.
- गुणवंत सवलत: १० वी किंवा १२ वी मध्ये ९०% पेक्षा जास्त गुण असलेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांनी प्रवेश घेताना गुणपत्रिका सादर करणे आवश्यक आहे. Merit Concession: Students scoring 90%+ in 10th or 12th must present original/verified mark sheets at the time of admission.
२. १००% शांतता व मोबाईल फोन नियम (Strict Silence Code) 2. Absolute Silence & Mobile Etiquette
- अभ्यास कक्षात प्रवेश करताना मोबाईल फोन सायलेंट (Silent / Vibrate) मोडवर ठेवणे सक्तीचे आहे. Mobile phones must strictly be kept on Silent or Vibration mode upon entering the study hall.
- अभ्यास कक्षात फोनवर बोलण्यास सक्त मनाई आहे. कॉल आल्यास बाहेर जाऊन हळू आवाजात बोलावे. Attending or speaking on calls inside the study room is strictly forbidden. Please step outside into the common landing area.
- आपसात गप्पा मारणे, कुजबुजणे किंवा दुसऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांच्या अभ्यासात अडथळा आणल्यास प्रवेश रद्द केला जाऊ शकतो. Whispering, group discussions, or disturbing fellow aspirants will lead to warnings and potential cancellation of admission.
३. डबा व जेवण कक्ष नियम (Dining Zone) 3. Dining & Lunch Area Code
वातानुकूलित अभ्यास कक्षात अन्नाचा वास येऊ नये आणि स्वच्छता टिकावी यासाठी अभ्यास कक्षात डबा, नाश्ता किंवा चहा घेणे पूर्णपणे निषिद्ध आहे. जेवणासाठी आणि चहापानासाठी स्वतंत्र डायनिंग एरिया उपलब्ध आहे, त्याचाच वापर करावा. To preserve air freshness and cleanliness within the AC study hall, consuming meals, snacks, or beverages inside the study rooms is strictly prohibited. Students must use the dedicated separate dining area.
४. डेस्क स्वच्छता व वैयक्तिक साहित्याची जबाबदारी 4. Desk Maintenance & Personal Valuables
- प्रत्येक विद्यार्थ्याने आपल्याला दिलेला डेस्क स्वच्छ ठेवावा. कागदाचे तुकडे, कचरा डस्टबिनमध्येच टाकावा. Maintain clean desks and dispose of waste paper or trash exclusively in the provided dustbins.
- लॅपटॉप, मोबाईल, पुस्तके व इतर मौल्यवान साहित्याची जबाबदारी स्वतः विद्यार्थ्याची राहील. Aspirants are solely responsible for their personal belongings (laptops, bags, chargers, and books).
- डेस्क लाईट्स, चार्जिंग सॉकेट्स किंवा एसीच्या रिमोटशी विनाकारण छेडछाड करू नये. Do not tamper with electrical switches, desk LED lights, or air-conditioning remotes.
५. सक्त प्रतिबंध व शिस्तभंग कारवाई 5. Strict Prohibitions & Termination of Admission
अभ्यासिका परिसरात तंबाखू, गुटखा, सिगारेट किंवा कोणत्याही नशायुक्त पदार्थांचे सेवन करण्यास १००% बंदी आहे. तसेच गैरवर्तन, मुलींशी अथवा सहकाऱ्यांशी असभ्य वर्तन आढळल्यास कोणतीही पूर्वसूचना न देता तात्काळ प्रवेश रद्द केला जाईल व कायदेशीर कारवाई केली जाईल. Consumption of tobacco, gutkha, smoking, or any intoxicants is strictly banned on premises. Any disrespectful conduct, harassment, or breach of decorum will lead to immediate cancellation of admission without notice.
